Change of address will not be honored after the package has been released from our facility.
Any incorrect information will likely cause delays on shipment and/ or cause order cancellation due to billing discrepancy issues. We are not responsible for any shipment reported lost or stolen of which have been marked as DELIVERED.
All packages are shipped with USPS. All orders are processed seven days a week and shipped Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm Eastern time. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or holidays, will process in the following business day. Shipment cost are calculated at check out, please allow a few days for payment to be processed. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us immediately so we can work on an exchange at our discretion.
